HJG-D Series integrated hydraulic DTH drilling rig has a wide range of applications in constructions of metallurgy, mine, building material, railway, hydro-electricity, national defense and earthmoving engineering. The hydraulic power drives the crawler travel, rod rotation and push boom lifting erection. The compressed air drives impact drilling and hole-flushing, the air pressure ranges from 1.05 to 2.4 Mpa. Equiped with HJG high air pressure DTH hammer, the rig can drill the vertical or oblique holes which ranges 90-254mm diameter and maximum 30m depth. Parts worldwide procurement, computer optimum design and power & load adaptive system, actualize the power-pump-load adaption and ensure the low energy consumption, high performance and high reliability of machine.
(1) Intergrated structure.
Drilling system, air compressor and power engine system with compact structure and reasonable layout. The air compressor and main pump system are controlled with single motor unit, enable the rig with favourable flexibility, efficiency and movability.
(2) Flexible operating system, safe and comfortable cab with AC.
Drill frame angle adjustable, meet the requirement of multi-directiond drilling holes.
Boom supports wide range of working area, drilling rig can complete multiple holes operations at a position, significantly improved work efficiency.
