HJG-B Series open-air blast hole drilling rig is a combustion engine driven crawler-type hydraulic drilling rig that is developed by our company. By adopting self-propelled hydraulic track chassis with favorable mobility and equipped with high-power hydraulic motor, road construction and rock drilling process in the field of water-power engineering. It is a down-the-hole drilling rig specially designed for open mine, quarry pit and construction industry. Open-air blast hole drilling rig HJG-B series adopts diesel engine. Hydraulic oil pump unit offers power to hydraulic motor feed, rotary, propulsion lift and angle orientation of oil cylinder, etc. Comparing with the full pneumatic drilling rigs, when drilling rig is working, the fuel consumption is saved up to 40%-50%.
Main characteristic of HJG-B168：
1. Rotary head: Brand: EATON (U.S. Brand)
Rotary power head mounted on the drill, a rotary elecro-hydraulic valve controls two hydraulic motors, enabling rotation speed and the two kinds of gearbox output torque to enable rig adapt to different working conditions.
2. Engine and fliter:
Power system is diesel drive system. Cummins 73.55 KW industry-specific engine, hydraulic pump and motor provide a strong impetus for the rigs.
Air filter: Two-stage air filter automatically remove dust, which can effectively reduce the abrasion of engine, endure the lifetime and be used in various severe working conditions.
3. Operation platform:
The control board is consist of console frame, electro-hydraulic valve, reducing valve, compensated flow control valve, oil pressure gauge, engine instrumentation, cable accelerator, ignition in the control table, that makes operation easier and improve work efficiency.
4.Drilling Operation platfrom
Feeding system and drill boom design: Drilling and lifting are supported by hydro-cylinder-chain plate structure, which is safe, reliable and durable. The drill boom design is simply but reliable, decrease the failure rate, enhance the stability during drilling.
TYPICAL PROJECT CASE:
Gold and cooper open-pit mine in Fujian Province, according to the customer’ s feedback, the drilling depth is around 13.5 meters, drilling hole diameter 138mm, for one day about 10 ten working hours can drill 210~260 meters, the fuel consumption is about 5~7L per hour, with a 140L fuel tank the rig can work for over two days.
After drilling for over 1028 hours and total drilling depth over 30,000 meters, no failures occurred, and the average drilling depth for one hour is around 30 meters.
With a good stability, high efficiency, lower operation cost and fuel-efficient, it has won the market widespread high praise.
